AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN 20 MINS

both teammates run 400 m

1 teammate completes 50 air squats

while the other teammate completes 30 push ups

both teammates work together to complete 100 situps

teammates do not need to wait for one another but all work must be done to count the round.

1 ROUND = 180 REPS
