followed by

II. 1 round

As many unbroken back squats as possible at 70% of weight from 5x4

example if you complete 5x4 @ 225 your 70% will be 160

III. Gymnastics

FOR TIME

10 min cap.

60 strict pullups

or

75 c2b pullups

or

30 muscle ups for time

Start with a set for max reps, then finish workout for time

example: You complete 20 unbroken chest to bars. thats score 1. then complete remaining reps for time. score 2.
