Min 2) L-Hang from Rig 20-30 secs

Min 3) 1 max set of supinated grip pullups

WOD

Every 2 mins Complete 1round for 10 rounds

10 burpees

10 toes 2 bar

5 Deadlifts 275/165 rx+ 315/225

If you dont complete a round lower burpee/toes 2 bar number by 2 reps
