1 set strict pull ups (minimum 15)
II. 1 round every 90 seconds (rest remainder of time)
round 1- 10 thrusters (95/65) 10 pull ups
round 2- 12 thrusters 12 pull ups
round 3- 14 thrusters 14 pull ups
round 4- 16 thrusters 16 pull ups
round 5- 18 thrusters 18 pull ups
round 6- 20 thrusters 20 pull ups
as long as you can make it in 90 seconds!
