Partner Burpee---DT

While one partner completes a round of DT the other partner completes as many burpees as possible during that time

Alternate between 1 round of DT and burpees

9 hang cleans

6 jerks 155/105

Score is total burpees plus total reps of DT

10 am OLY

A. Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets): Clean Grip Overhead Squat x 3 reps

Build over the course of the 4 sets.

(Only build in weight if your mobility allows you to get into a comfortable position at the bottom. If flexibility is an issue, stick with an empty barbell & go as low as you can safely go.)

B. Every 2 minutes, for 24 minutes (12 sets): Clean & Jerk

*Set 1 – 2 reps @ 70% *Sets 2-3 – 2 reps @ 75% *Sets 4-5 – 1 rep @ 80% *Sets 6-9 – 1 rep @ 85% *Sets 10-12 – 1 rep @ 90%
